This Point Chevalier beach front home was stripped back to basics and rebuilt into something special.

Keeping the original mid-floor as our starting point, we reconstructed the entire home to a high architectural standard- mid-century modern in style, with three gables that deliberately reference the iconic boat sheds sitting close to the water's edge. The result is a home with elevated views, premium finishes, and outdoor spaces made for entertaining.
